Ducar and Little Beaver products are covered by a 2-year* limited consumer warranty.
The products are designed for residential use only, and the warranty does not cover commercial use. Please note that if the sales invoice is in the name of a company/business, the use will automatically be considered commercial.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and includes the parts and labor necessary for repair or replacement.
The warranty does not cover wear parts such as tires, belts, or blades.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse or improper maintenance.
To benefit from the warranty, proof of purchase is required, and you must follow the maintenance recommendations provided with the product.
*The warranty coverage period is 1 year for purchases made before August 1, 2025.
*The warranty coverage period is 2 years for purchases made after August 1, 2025.
