Orders and payments

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can easily place an order as a guest in just a few clicks. However, creating an account allows you to quickly access your order history.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We do our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible. If you would like to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can adjust accordingly, to the extent possible and depending on the status of your order.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Once your order is placed, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing all your purchase details. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments on Shopify, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express (AMEX), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

What are the delivery times?

We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Delivery typically takes 3 to 9 business days. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after being received. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped from Friday at noon (EST) to Sunday, or on public holidays. For more details, please refer to our shipping policy.

What are the shipping costs?

Orders from $0 to $98.99 have a $14.99 shipping fee. Free shipping applies to orders of $99 and over. However, some exceptions may apply. For more details, please refer to our shipping policy.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Your tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Where are your warehouses located?

To better serve customers across Canada, we operate two distribution centers. Our Eastern Canada warehouse is located in Lévis, Quebec, and our Western Canada warehouse is located in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Are your products under warranty?

Yes, Ducar and Little Beaver products are covered by a 2-year limited consumer warranty, giving you peace of mind. However, certain conditions apply, including covered and non-covered items. For full details, please refer to our warranty policy.
