1. Contest Organizer
The contest is organized by DUCAR Canada.
2. Eligibility
The contest is open exclusively to residents of Quebec, Ontario, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta, who are 19 years of age or older at the time of entry.
3. Contest Period
The contest begins on the date of the first publication on Facebook and ends on July 31 at 11:59 p.m. (local time).
4. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter. Participants must:
• Like and share the contest post on Facebook.
• Comment on the post explaining why they love Ducar products, why they wish to win, or by tagging a friend.
5. Prize
The prize is a DUCAR DM50LP-A lawn mower, with an approximate value of $450 CAD. The prize is awarded as is, without any warranty, and cannot be exchanged for another product or a cash equivalent. The prize will be shipped for free to the winner’s address.
6. Winner Selection and Announcement
A random draw will be conducted from all eligible entries on August 1st. The winner will be contacted only by the official DUCAR Canada account on Facebook. No confidential information such as payment or banking details will be requested. The winner’s identity (name, residence, age) will be verified before the prize is awarded.
7. General Conditions
The organizer reserves the right to verify the winner’s eligibility and to cancel the prize award if the conditions are not met. The contest is in no way sponsored, managed, or associated with Facebook or Meta. The organizer is not responsible for incomplete, lost, illegible, or fraudulent entries. Participation in the contest implies full acceptance of these rules.
