Very happy with this unit, it arrived in great condition, easy to put together in about one hour. Put in the oil and gas and it started first pull.
It’s a wood eating machine, pulls the branches through without any problems..
I highly recommend this unit, I have owned a couple of different chippers over the years and this unit is the best hands down..

Arrived on time but delivery truck couldn't navigate my drive so had to uncrate at end of driveway. Put on the wheels and used my car to tow up to the house
Assembly was breeze despite the instructions. I'm 83 so asked my neighbour to help me lift on the feed hopper. Added the oil and gas, fired it up and started chipping.
Wow, this machine is a beast and ate anything I threw at it.
The only thing missing is a fire breathing option and dragon wings.

I have been researching woodchippers for over 6 months now and finally decided on the Ducar. I ordered it directly from the warehouse and it was shipped within 2 days. The customer service was prompt and courteous, I look forward to receiving the unit soon.

Machine impeccable

After watching Ducars own video of this machine in action, I decided to purchase it as the purchase price, horsepower,and drum style chipper seem to be the best in class. After setting the machine up and starting to feed approximately 50 small Alders and all the associated branches into the machine, I could not believe how fast this machine chewed through it. It easily handled 3 and 4-in limbs as well as doing the job fairly quietly. I am now actively searching for more trees and branches to feed through the machine as I went through the pile very quickly. Assembly is simple, just a few nuts and bolts. Just a heads up for anyone reading this review. Make sure that you check the crankcase oil level before starting the machine as it may not be completely filled for shipping purposes. Living on an acreage. I'm really picky about the power equipment that I buy and this thing is built like a tank and I can't express how happy I am to own this piece of equipment. 6 out of five stars for me.
